I’m a third-generation culinary professional, classically trained in Europe the traditional way. I discovered my love for cooking at home, inspired by my mother—her intuition and respect for ingredients taught me that discipline and care matter as much as technique.

I trained and worked in demanding, high-level kitchens across Europe, including three-Michelin-star environments in France, and later expanded into large-scale off-site catering and royal private residences in London. Today, I bring that precision, leadership, and calm execution to private dinners and events in Los Angeles—delivering thoughtful cuisine with genuine hospitality.
